Monthly and Yearly Subscription Refunds

At Ivy Interactive AB ("Ivy"), we aim to provide exceptional value through our services, but we understand situations may arise requiring a refund.

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime from your Ivy account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Eligibility: Ivy does not offer partial refunds for monthly subscriptions. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the prepaid monthly period.

Yearly Subscriptions

Cancellation: Yearly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your Ivy account dashboard.

Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment if you have not significantly used the service. After 14 days, or if substantial usage is detected (such as active deployments, significant feature usage, or extensive interaction with the platform), the subscription is non-refundable, but service will continue until the end of your paid annual period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period:

  • Contact our support team at hello@ivy.app
  • Provide your account details, reason for the refund request, and payment confirmation.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Special Circumstances

Ivy may issue refunds at its sole discretion in exceptional cases (service outages, billing errors, or technical issues).
